     Can I modify or cancel my order?

     Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

    How do I check on the status of my order?

    • Click on Track Your Order at the Home Page Menu. Make sure to have order # and email address available.
    • Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when
      1. Your order has been received or
      2. Your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.

    What kinds of shipping options do you offer?

    View our Shipping & Returns page. We ship Domestically within the United States. Free shipping with an average of 7-10 days delivery time.

    What is your return policy?

    Online purchases made through OllisterUrban.com are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date. Returns can only be in exchange for store credit. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original package. See Return Policy page for details.
